Shipping Rates:
All orders will be shipped at the following rates (new Canada Post rates, as of February 2019).

Standard Mail Rate (No Tracking):

Rate with Tracking:
Canada: $15 (1 business day within Ontario & Quebec/ 2 business days Nationally via Xpress Post)
United States: $18 (4-6 business days via Tracked Packet)
International: $19 (5-10 business days via Registered Mail)

Shipping times may vary from region to region, within Canada or any foreign destination.  All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and will be shipped within 2 business days of your purchase.  We ship orders from Monday-Friday only.

Canada Post Service Standards (for Standard Mail)

**Shipping times are not guaranteed by Canada Post, but are estimates only. In most cases, shipments do arrive with the normal estimated times. On occasion, shipments may be delayed by reasons that are not in our control (i.e. local customs agencies or delays with your local post office).

Within Canada (From Toronto - via standard mail delivery):
Local: 2 business days
Within Province: 3 business days
National: 4 business days

United States (via air mail):
5-10 business days (up to 10 business days = up to 2 weeks)

International (via air mail):
5-10 business days (up to 10 business days = up to 2 weeks)

Notes:

  • The number of days excludes the day of mailing, weekends and statutory holidays
  • Weekend and statutory holiday deposits are considered deposited on the following business day

Customs Fees and Taxes

Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return/Exchange Policy

The Watch Boys will accept returns/exchanges for products in (I) unused condition, within 7 days of customer’s receipt of goods.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first (within 7 days) for return instructions.  All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment method, (II) minus the original shipping charges.  Instead of a refund, you may also request an exchange for a similar or different product. 

  • Product returns are the responsibility of the customer.  Please ensure that returned goods are packaged carefully, to avoid damage during transit.
  • We are not responsible for Customs fees and taxes for returned goods into Canada.

(I) Unused condition: refers to any product that has NOT been mounted, worn, bent, altered or stained.  Please do not mount, wear or use any product if you intend on returning it.  *Any returned items that are not in NEW condition, are only eligible for a maximum 50% credit – to be determined by The Watch Boys.

(II) Minus original shipping charges: This includes the original shipping charges paid by The Watch Boys, for items that were shipped free of charge.  Full refunds (including original shipping fees) will be processed for items that are returned to us due to factory defects ONLY.  Please e-mail us first before returning any orders: store@thewatchboys.com
